Scope and acceptance
These terms govern use of this website and analytics consulting supplied by Fabric Synchub. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.
Engagements and client responsibilities
Services may include retention curve audits, measurement planning, workshops and growth sprints. You agree to provide lawful access to the information, systems and people reasonably needed for the agreed work, and to identify security or confidentiality requirements before access is granted.
Fees, timing and changes
Fees, payment dates, taxes and delivery milestones are stated in your proposal. Timelines depend on timely access and feedback. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change to fees or timing. Pricing shown on this website is informational and is not an offer of checkout or immediate purchase.
Analysis and decisions
We use reasonable professional care, but analytics findings depend on the completeness and accuracy of source data. Findings are decision support, not a guarantee of growth, revenue or future retention. You remain responsible for product, marketing, legal and commercial decisions.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party keeps ownership of material it held before the engagement. Once undisputed fees are paid, you may use project deliverables internally as stated in the proposal. We protect confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Liability and ending an engagement
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by Malaysian law. Either party may end an engagement under the cancellation terms in its proposal. Obligations concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and accrued rights continue after termination.
